Posted by 123polingTeam on January 11, 2025 at 2:48 am

Let’s kick off 2025 by setting some exciting pole goals for the year! 🎉 Whether you’re dreaming of nailing your first invert, perfecting your signature trick, or simply staying consistent with your training, writing down your resolution makes it more real and helps you stick to it. 💪✨

But let’s take it a step further—don’t just tell us your goal, share your action plan too! How will you make your 2025 pole dreams a reality? For example:

“This year, I will train three times a week. To do this, I’m signing up for a pole class twice a week and dedicating every Saturday to a home practice or stretching session.”

    Here’s the challenge:

    1. Share your pole resolution for 2025.

    2. Write out your actionable plan to stay on track.

By putting it out there, you’re not only committing to your goals but also inspiring others in the community. Let’s support each other, share ideas, and make 2025 our best pole year yet! 🌟

So, what’s your 2025 pole resolution, and how are you planning to crush it? 📝👇

I have been a poler for 13 years now I have built strength and I am consistent with my training.

My 2025 goals are to improve my flexibility, gain confidence with floor and exotic pole but my main focus is to improve my form. Have better leg extensions when inverting and other lifts and holds.

I want to be able to move seamlessly through transitions and nail performances

My pole resolution is to commit at least 2 to 3 days to pole (not including conditioning) and really get back into things

Hi @leticia-chin-millard Sounds like a great goal! Do you have a plan on how to stay consistent? Do you add your workouts to your planner or signed up for scheduled classes? Many people struggle with being consistent. Sharing your action plan can help other 🙂

I aim to be consistent in pole and work on my flexibility more. I want to start off with a small goal of practicing 2 times a week. I also want to make pole more fun again and not be so serious about looking perfect in dancing, just dance and have fun! 😄

That’s such a fantastic goal! 💖 Practicing twice a week is a great way to stay consistent, and focusing on making pole fun again will help keep you motivated. Letting go of the pressure to look perfect and just enjoying the movement is so freeing—it’s what pole is all about! 🎉 You’ve got this, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 💪✨ What flexibility exercises or stretches are you planning to add to your routine? Let us know if you need any tips! 🧘‍♀️💃

🤩My resolution is to pole more , get stronger 💪 and be more motivated, I haven’t found a class near me so I’ll train more at home , my trick I’d like to conquer is handspring and gargoyle 😍

That is great to hear, @vickiking09 What is your plan for getting stronger? Gargoyle should be doable as it’s a grippy pole move. Try Skydiver first because the top leg uses similar grip.
