Beginner & Intermediate Pole Course
About Course
This pole course consist of everything that a beginner pole dancer needs. And it is also useful for pole students with an intermediate level in order to replenish the library of knowledge of pole tricks and combinations and also possibly correct mistakes.
Each pole lesson consists of:
- the presentation of a certain pole trick (or a pole move)
- an explanation and instruction on how to perform it safely and correctly
- and then Anastasia explains how to practice each pole trick with a student.
Anastasia has decided to present her pole lessons in this particular way, because this technique will allow you to understand each pole trick from inside out. You will also be able to see it from the coach’s point of view as well, in case you would like to become a pole instructor in the future.
This course does not include any support but there is an option to upgrade to get Anastasia’s personal support.

1. Constant support and adjustments from Anastasia during your education + The Certificate on successful completion of the course
When you choose this option, you will need to upload a video of you passing each lesson, and exam in the end. Anastasia will be checking your video submissions. She will point out if you have made any mistakes in your performance, suggest and offer necessary corrections to improve. Then you will have to re-submit your videos for her final reviews. If your performance is done right you will be advancing through each lesson to a final exam. After a successful completion of exam you will receive the Certificate.

2. Certificate on successful completion of the course
If you choose this option, you will receive the Certificate after passing the exam. How to achieve this? You will upload the video of your exam and Anastasia will check it. She will point out if you have made any mistakes in your performance, suggest and offer necessary corrections for you to improve. Then you will have to submit a new video for her review. After your exam video has been approved by Anastasia you will receive the Certificate on successful completion of the course.
