If you decide to keep your membership after your free trial is over, on day 16 you will be automatically enrolled in Monthly Membership which is $9.99 USD monthly recurring subscription.

If you cancel automated billing within your first 15 days, your free access will expire and you will lose access to all tutorials.

If you decide to keep your access, on day 16, you will be enrolled in the Monthly Membership. Your credit card (or PayPal) will be automatically charged the full price of the membership ($9.99 USD) every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel automated billing at any time. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one using your debit or credit card or log into your existing PayPal account to activate your 15-day free trial. Once you complete signing up, you will receive the confirmation and you will be automatically logged into your account. You can start watching tutorials immediately.

You can cancel your 15-day FREE trial at any time by removing automated billing from your account.
Navigate to the “Billing” page & click on the “My Subscriptions” tab. 
Once you click Cancel button, your automated billing will immediately canceled.
You will instantly get a confirmation email and you will see an expiration date in the account details section.

On day 16th, you will be automatically enrolled in the Monthly Membership. Your credit card (or PayPal) will be automatically charged the full price of the membership ($9.99 USD) every 30 days until you cancel. To avoid automated charges, cancel your subscription BEFORE your billing date.

If you do not wish to continue learning from our tutorials, you may request a refund within 7 days of the billing date.

Your credit/debit card (or PayPal) is required to verify your account and continue your membership without interrupting your progress. You can cancel at any time.

General Questions

You get access to all tutorials. Use our advanced filter system to narrow down the search and find tutorials you are looking for.

Most of our pole sport tutorials have both static pole and spinning pole step-by-step instructions. At the beginning of the tutorial you will see previews (demos) on a spinning pole for most of the moves, so you can see the move in a 360 degrees rotation. Some pole poses are taught only on a static pole. Some moves are taught on a spinning pole only. You can use our filter system to see what tutorials are taught on a static pole only, a spinning pole only, or both static and spinning pole. Select genres/ pole sport and you will see the option for pole mode: static, spinning, and both static & spinning.

Yes, we are mobile & tablet compatible. Some of our members watch our tutorials on their smart TVs as well.

Unfortunately not. All tutorials are available only for streaming online.

Memberships

The only difference between those memberships is billing. For the monthly membership you get charged every 30 days, and for the yearly – every year. Both memberships get the same access.

Yearly Membership includes all 123poling branded tutorials & courses. 

Yes, Yearly Membership is a yearly recurring subscription. After 1 year your credit card (or PayPal) will automatically be charged the full price of the membership. You can cancel at any time and keep your access till the end of your billing cycle.

If you signed up with your credit card:

  1. Log in to your 123poling account. 
  2. Hover over the person icon to navigate to the “Billing” page. 
  3. Click the subscriptions section and click the link “change payment” button.
  4. You will see the details of your subscription, your current credit card details & an option to add a new payment method. 
  5. Enter your new credit card information.
  6. Click Change Payment Method. 

If you signed up using PayPal, you have to update your credit card on your PayPal account. 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Credit Card in the Account Information column.
  3. Select the card to update and click Edit.
  4. Enter your credit card verification number.
  5. Select the month and year of the expiration date from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save.

Head over to the “My Account” page. In the Subscriptions section, if you see a link “update billing details” next to “cancel” link that means you signed up using your credit card directly on our site.
If you only see “cancel” link, that means you signed up using PayPal.
If it says “No Subscriptions”, that means you do not have any recurring billing on your membership.

Navigate to the “Billing” page and click My Subscription tab. If it says ” No Subscriptions”  that means you do not have automated billing and your membership will just expire at the end of your billing cycle.

There are several way to upgrade just be sure you are logged into your account.
Option 1. 
You can just click the link HERE.
Option 2. 
Click person’s icon in the top right corner. A menu will drop down. Right below your name you will see the details of your membership and the upgrade button.
Option 3.
If you have an active subscription, head over to the “Billing” page and click “My Subscription” tab. In your subscription details you will find the upgrade button.
Option 4. 
Head over to our Pricing page and click “Join Yearly Membership” button.
 
No matter which option you choose, your Monthly membership will be cancelled immediately. Your billing will be automatically switched to yearly recurring subscription. If you have time left over on your monthly membership, it will be added to your yearly membership.

Yes, you can. After you enter your personal information select the PayPal option & continue signing up on the PayPal site.

We do not store your credit card information directly on our site. Your billing information securely gets submitted to reliable payment gateway Stripe.com which is used by thousands of companies and big corporations. If you sign up using PayPal, your credit/debt card information is being stored by PayPal.

A recurring charge means your credit card, debit card, or PayPal will be automatically charged. Recurring billing occurs for:

  • 15-day free access – on day 16th and every 30 days thereafter;
  • Monthly Membership – every 30 days;
  • Yearly Membership – every year.

You can cancel at any time, of course.

How To Use Our Website

Click on the person icon in the top right corner. A menu will drop down.  Click on “My Profile” tab. Click the gray person circle. You will be taken to the Change Profile Photo page. Select your profile phone from your computer or your phone photo gallery. Use the crop tool to adjust the size of your photo.

Using filter system you can browse tutorials by categories, sub-categories, instructors, levels, more options, and pole mode. Select any option you would like to browse and tutorials will automatically populate. With every selection the filter  option will narrow down automatically. You can also reset your search by clicking reset button located on the top of the filter.

You can choose what notifications you receive on the Notification Preferences page. Click the person’s icon in the top right corner & the menu will drop down. Click on the “settings” tab & Email Preferences tab. Choose which notifications to receive across all your devices.
