My greatest pole achievement for 2024 has been getting back on the pole after taking a break for about a year. It was only meant to be a short break while I worked on my mental health but stopping pole actually made my anxiety and depression worse, making it harder to get back into training. But I finally put my pole back up a few months ago and have been training consistently again, thanks to 123poling. I’m nowhere near the level I was before my break but I know I’ll get there again. In the meantime, I’m just enjoying falling in love with the sport again and being part of this supportive community.

      Hi Chiara!

Getting back on the pole after a year-long break is such a powerful achievement, and we’re so proud of you! πŸ’ͺ Taking time to focus on your mental health is incredibly important, and it’s inspiring to see how you’ve recognized the role pole plays in helping you feel stronger and more connected. Putting your pole back up and training consistently again is a huge step forwardβ€”what an amazing way to reclaim your journey!

It’s okay not to be at the same level right away; the most important thing is that you’re finding joy in the process and falling in love with pole all over again. And we’re so thrilled that 123poling could be part of that for you. πŸ’–

Thank you for sharing your storyβ€”it’s a reminder that progress isn’t just about tricks or skills but about showing up for yourself. We’re so excited to see where this journey takes you next and are honored to have you in this community. You’ve got this! 🌟

      Happy Poling!

I can finally hold the Ayesha, which I struggled with for a long time and was really scared of. And I had 3 exotic performances at our Christmas party, 2 of them in a group and one all by myself. I was very happy to have done it and to have overcome my fear. I can’t wait to see how my pole dance journey continues πŸ₯°

      Hi Manuela!

Holding the Ayesha is such a huge accomplishment, especially when it’s something you’ve worked hard on and pushed through fear to achieve. πŸ’ͺ✨

And wow, three exotic performances at your Christmas party? That’s incredible! Performing solo and in a group shows how versatile and confident you’ve become. It’s wonderful to see you stepping out of your comfort zone and shining on stage. 🌟

Your excitement for the future is contagious, and we’re so thrilled to see where your pole dance journey takes you next. Keep embracing your progress and celebrating every winβ€”you’re inspiring all of us! πŸ₯°

      Happy Poling!

This year, I finally completed the choreography that I’ve been working on for a long time, and had the courage to perform it at the national championship. I also managed to crack the code on holding a shoulder mount plank for a few seconds and it made me incredibly happy that I managed to do this while performing my competition routine!

2024 has been the year I’ve enjoyed getting back to pole more regularly post spinal surgery. Its been such a journey finding out what I can still do and what i need to go back to basics for! I’ve also been loving some lollipop pole this year! In 2025 I want to work on low flow and getting back into heels!

πŸŽ‰ Our 2024 Achievements: A Year of Growth and Community πŸŽ‰

    Hey Polers! πŸ’ƒ

As 2024 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate the major milestones we’ve achieved together as a community this year. At 123poling, it’s never just about usβ€”it’s about creating a platform that empowers YOU to grow, connect, and shine on your pole journey. Here’s what we worked on in 2024:

    🌟 Marketplace Expansion
This year, we proudly became the only pole platform that gives our community the opportunity to host and sell their own courses. It’s not just about providing lessons; it’s about creating a space where the pole community can come together to share their skills, knowledge, and passion.

    πŸ“š Lesson Updates
We started rolling out lesson updates that include prerequisites, additional tips, move combinations, variations, and progressions. We know how much this helps you connect the dots in your practice, and while it’s a work in progress, we’re dedicated to continuing these improvements.

    πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Stretching Course Launch
One of the most requested features from our members has been a dedicated stretching courseβ€”and we made it happen! It’s designed to help you unlock deeper flexibility, master challenging moves, and feel stronger on the pole.

    πŸ’¬ Pole Chat Forum
We launched a safe space for pole dancers to talk about all things pole-related, share tips, and even make friends. Whether it’s celebrating your wins, asking for advice, or simply connecting, the Pole Chat is here for you.

    πŸ’Œ Referral Program
This year, we introduced our referral program, where you can share your unique link, earn credits, and enjoy even more benefits with 123poling. It’s our way of giving back while growing our amazing community.

These are the major things we worked on this year, and we couldn’t have done it without YOUR support and feedback. Let’s keep growing and achieving even more together in 2025!

✨ Now, it’s your turn! Share your 2024 pole achievements in the forumβ€”what goal did you crush this year? Let’s celebrate the amazing year we’ve all had!

Here’s to a stronger, more connected pole community. πŸ’ͺπŸ’–
